They are not engineering, architectural, construction, building-code, structural, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the site. The site does not determine structural adequacy, code compliance, load-bearing requirements, permit requirements, soil conditions, or contractor pricing — obtain professional review before building.

2. No guarantee of suitability

We work to keep the tools accurate — calculation logic is tested and documented (see the methodology page) — but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it for a consequential decision, including any purchase or construction activity.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, its hosting, or its security;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content by automated means in a manner that burdens the service;
  • Misrepresent ConstructionCalculations.net results as certified, audited, engineered, or professionally endorsed figures;
